Meet Our Team

Patricia is a certified Co-Active coach and comes to us from across the pond. Born in the UK, Patricia spent much of her adult years working in child development and child care services. As an N.N.E.B. (E.C.E. equivalent), accredited child development specialist she has worked diligently with children in home care, day care and in special education child development. After immigrating to Canada she continued studying child development. She set her sights on impacting young people within the community and around the world. Patricia was well sought after in the child development/care community and gained a reputation in her job. As a result, she accepted employment with a world renowned Hollywood celebrity couple.

 

After retiring from that career in 2009, Patricia has gone on to acquire her post-secondary education at University of Toronto/OISE with a B.A. focus on Equity, Women/gender and Caribbean studies. She then went on to earn her M.Ed. in Social Justice, with a special focus on community engagement. During this time Patricia put her child development skills to good use. She mentored and worked closely with students as a one-on-one invigilator for students with special academic needs at the university. Patricia was very well recognized in the disabled community as an advocate and a support for students.   

 

Patricia achieved her LifeSkills coaching certification through George Brown College in late 2018. She then went on to acquire her life coaching certification through Co-Active Institute, (CTI) in 2021. She is currently an ACC candidate with the International Coaching Federation, (ICF). 

 

Patricia is a professional Life/DEI/Confidence coach. She has worked with a diverse range of clients, all over the world. As a coach, much of her work is centered around diversity, and many of Patricia’s clients are from the BIPOC community. Her main focus is working to uplift people in BIPOC communities, by allowing them to recognize and embrace their full potential. She is currently expanding her coaching career; focussing on Life/DEI/Confidence coaching for all people. She is also a coach consultant for a number of larger corporations that stem widely across borders.
