Registration is open for all PACT Life & Job Skills programs that are starting in September 2017.
Thanks to the generosity of all our private and corporate sponsors, we are able to offer all programs for free to youth, ages 13-21.

Fall 2017 Free Life & Job Skills Community Service Projects for Youth, ages 13-21

PACTCooking starts Monday, September 25, 2017

In this introductory eight-week course, youth learn to prepare different cuisines from around the world. Each week, the group prepares, cooks and shares a meal together as well makes extras that are donated to local food banks and feeding programs. *Volunteer hours approved.

PACTFilm starts Monday, September 25, 2017

Thanks to increased funding in 2017, PACTFilm is new and improved for Fall 2017. Working together as a team two days a week, students learn how to write, edit, shoot, light and make short films using professional equipment. **The crew completes a short film about community and/or youth issues. *Volunteer hours approved.

PACTFashion starts Tuesday, September 26, 2017

In this 8-week introductory course, youth gain practical design, sewing and alteration skills, while working towards the ultimate goal of completing a finished garment or accessory that is donated to selected worthy recipients from across Toronto. Read more about PACTFashion here.

PACTMusic starts Sunday, September 17, 2017

Students learn to play an instrument, write songs and perform in a band in a supporting, non-judgemental and collaborative environment. Learn more about PACTMusic here.
